This should be a fairly easy park and grab near one of the things that Chiefland is almost famous for: The Chiefland Astronomy Village. The stargazers that live on this beautiful property take their star gazing very seriously and this area is tauted to be one of the best viewing locations in the entire state due to its lack of proximity to large cities and vast view of the night skies. The group regularly hosted "star parties" where even the most casual observers were invited to attend and learn - up until the pandemic made large gatherings a thing of the past. Memberships are still available to the group on a limited basis.
The cache is placed just to the south of the main entrance to the village. From the cache site you can see a few of the large domes that house the telescopes used for star gazing. This is a small custom container that blends in fairly well to it's location. (It is NOT a traditional container.)Please sign the log and replace it as you found it so that it can remain muggle free.
